Singapore, September 15, 2023 – As Singapore buzzed with excitement over the Formula One Singapore Grand Prix, the city-state also played host to Asian Crypto Week, featuring prominent crypto events such as Token2049. Among the companies joining the week’s festivities was ARC, an NFT-gated Web3 private community, which organized an exclusive members-only event at The Clifford Pier within the Fullerton Bay Hotel on Friday, September 15.
A High-Profile Gathering
The event served as a gathering for ARC members and those intrigued by the NFT-gated Web3 community. The occasion drew not only the crypto-savvy but also a constellation of local and international luminaries and celebrities.
Distinguished Guests
Among the distinguished guests were American investor Jim Rogers and Singaporean billionaire Peter Lim, who is the father of ARC’s co-founder Kiat Lim. The star-studded guest list extended to Taiwanese artists, with singer Eric Chou, actors Darren Wang and Kai Ko, and deejay MAI gracing the event. Ray Chan, co-founder of Hong Kong’s popular online platform 9GAG, also made an appearance.
Notable attendees included Taiwanese actor Chen Bolin, Singaporean socialite and entrepreneur Arissa Cheo, and many other distinguished individuals, building upon their presence from last year’s gathering.
ARC: Forging Its NFT Dominance
Founded in January 2022 by Elroy Cheo and Kiat Lim, ARC has rapidly grown into a curated members-only community. Accessible through membership NFTs, ARC brings together a diverse collective of Web3 and Web2 members to exchange ideas, resources, and networks. In addition to online engagement, ARC members gain access to exclusive events, experiences, and offline locations, including partner merchants and establishments owned by fellow members.
ARC has forged partnerships with industry giants such as Millennium Hotels and Resorts, Zouk Group, and 33Club, with additional partnerships continually being announced. Beyond Singapore, ARC’s membership extends to individuals like Patrick Lee, co-founder and founding CEO of Rotten Tomatoes, Wesley Ng, co-founder and CEO of Casetify, and Bai Long, creative director of Wukong Holdings.
Membership applications are open, with interested individuals able to apply through referrals from existing members or via the ARC website.
ARC’s annual event during Asian Crypto Week serves as a testament to its growing influence and commitment to fostering a vibrant and exclusive NFT ecosystem in the heart of Asia.
